Ride safely
Don't handle your phone while riding. Set up routes before you leave, and pull over to change anything.
- Routes, directions, speed limits, places and hazard pins can be wrong or out of date. Always follow road signs, the law and the conditions around you.
- Curvy routes can take you onto roads that are narrow, unpaved or closed. Check a route before you ride it.
- Lean angle, g-force and crash detection are estimates from your phone's sensors. Don't rely on them for safety.
- SOS and crash alerts need a phone signal to reach people, and they may not arrive. They don't replace calling your local emergency number.
Your account
You must be 16 or older to use Torqvoy. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has got into your account. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
Your content
You own the rides, photos and posts you share. By sharing them, you give Torqvoy permission to store, display and send them so the app can show them to the people you chose. That permission ends when you delete the content, apart from copies other people have already shared or that are still in backups for a short time.
Community rules
- No harassment, hate, threats or sharing other people's private information.
- No content that promotes illegal or dangerous riding on public roads.
- No spam, scams, fake accounts or impersonation.
- No false hazard pins or false SOS alerts.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. To report something, use Report in the app or the support form.
Marketplace
Marketplace deals are between buyers and sellers, and Torqvoy isn't a party to them. We don't inspect listings or guarantee items, and we don't handle payment. Meet somewhere public, check paperwork and ownership, and never pay in advance to someone you don't know. Stolen goods, weapons and anything illegal to sell where you live are not allowed.
Premium
Premium is a subscription billed by Google Play or the App Store. It renews automatically until you cancel it in your store account. If a free trial is offered, it ends on its own unless you subscribe. Refunds follow the store's policy. We may change which features Premium includes, and we'll tell you before a price change affects you.
Liability
Torqvoy is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for injury, damage or loss that comes from riding, from following a route or direction, or from dealing with other users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Ending use
You can stop using Torqvoy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When we update these terms, we'll show the changes in the app, and continuing to use it means you accept them.
