How it works
- Send the form with the email address on your account.
- We'll reply from our team to confirm the account is yours. We never delete an account without that confirmation.
- Once you've confirmed, we delete your account within 30 days and email you when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, photo, garage and emergency contacts
- All your recorded rides, tracks, stats and ride photos
- Your posts, comments, likes and marketplace listings
- Messages you've sent, which will show as "deleted" to the people you sent them to
- Your followers and following lists, and group rides you created
What we keep
- Backups are removed within a further 30 days.
- Records the law requires us to keep, such as subscription receipts held by Google Play or the App Store.
- Hazard pins you added, with your name removed, so other riders stay safe.
A Premium subscription is billed by the store. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store too, because deleting your account doesn't stop billing.
